Party in the Park

Party Package requires a minimum of 15 children.

Parties are available to book every day and as the park is open from 10am till 5pm you can arrive at a time of your choice. The duration of your stay will be unlimited.

Payment is made in full via our website/online booking system.

You can pay on the day for any additional children however if the change is significant, please give us a call (01555 860259) and we can add them for you.

We can offer additional food and treats these can be discussed when we call you 1 week prior to your booking.

Additional catering is available and can be discussed when we call you 1 week before the party date. Also, on busier days we have Hot Food options as well as drinks, Snacks, Ice Cream etc available to purchase.

You can bring along a birthday cake and candles (only standard candles are permitted). A cake slice, plates and a safety lighter can be provided.

Yes you can, if you or your guests have specific dietary requirements these can be discussed when we contact you.

Only table decorations are permitted. This excludes table confetti any wall banners, spray foam, poppers and streamers.

We require notice of 7 days for cancellations and you will be given an option to re-schedule. If this is not possible, you can cancel your party and request a refund. Please note that 25% of your full payment will be non-refundable.

In the event of this, we will do our best to reschedule your party date by offering alternative dates available.

If anyone from your immediate family test positive for Covid then proof of the result via NHS will be required to obtain a refund. We would still hope to host your party at a later date subject to availability however if this is not an option, a full refund will be issued on receipt of the proof mentioned above.

You should not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes prior to the party start time to meet with staff and discuss any requirements. It is your responsibility to inform party guests to arrive no more than a few minutes before the party start time as we would like to book everyone in together.

The organiser and adult guests are responsible for the party children at all times and should also ensure that all children respect the Rules of play which will be displayed in the area.

You are responsible for ensuring that all party children are collected by their parent or guardian at the end of the party time and to check that the area is vacated with all belongings at the end of the allocated time.
