Valley View’s Magical Christmas experience!

Valley View’s Award Winning Grotto Team are delighted to offer a Magical Christmas experience for 2025.

Take a walk through the Wonderland Trail and enjoy lots of festive scenes along the way, including our talking Christmas Bear, a Victorian Band and Santa’s Mailroom where you can post your wish list. Enjoy a personal visit to Santa in his Grotto, where you can have a memorable picture taken with your family/friends, and children will choose their own gift from Santa's magical Toy Shop. We’ll also have some fun photo opportunities along the way.

That’s not all! There are unlimited fun fair rides and adults can enjoy a hot or cold drink of their choice and shortbread from the Café Bar which will also be selling snacks and drinks. Saving the best to last, you will get to see our special guest Rudolph and the Donkey's.

Open till 8.30pm mid-week and 6.30pm at weekends, with the exception of Christmas Eve when we will close at 5.30pm.

Santa’s Enchanted Express

New for 2025 – Santa’s Enchanted Express. Hop on the VR train ride and embark from Tinseltown Station, heading through a wintery forest and into Candy Cane Lane where you'll see candy canes, giant dandipops and floating iced gems that are travelling down a beautiful river.

You'll travel through a huge ice cavern where trains are transporting all of the presents and gifts made at Santa’s workshop, against a stunning backdrop of ice, snow and glowing magical crystals. Finally journeying through Santa's village with fairy lights, reindeer, piled presents and whimsical buildings!

Pulling in to the final station, where the blinds will close and you will then take a walk through the wonderland trail…….

Santa’s Enchanted Elevator

We are excited to be adding another virtual reality experience to our event.

Step into the extraordinary realm of Santa’s Elevator and let its enchanting magic export you straight to the heart of the North Pole where you’ll meet the lovely Mrs Claus.

No bookings are taken for the VR rides, simply pay on the day of your visit.

Fancy something extra? Take a virtual reality ride on our magical sleigh. There are 2 adventures to choose from – World or Lapland Adventure where you will be transported across the globe as we give the sleigh a trial flight before Christmas eve. Hold onto your hats and antlers everyone, this could be a bumpy ride.

AUTISM FRIENDLY SESSIONS

We are delighted to be offering quieter sessions once again to accommodate visitors with sensory needs.

Changes to these sessions will include – reduced numbers therefore little or no queue on arrival and music will remain off in the fun fair section until other visitors start to arrive.

Please note: there will be a certain level of unavoidable noise from the fun fair rides.
