Treat your wee one to a special Birthday Party at Valley View Soft Play. With exclusive use of the full Soft Play area, you’ll be sure to give them a party to remember with their family and friends for two hours. As a memento, the birthday guest will receive a gift vouchers and balloon.

Option 1

Box for each child with 5 items including a sandwich and fruit shoot or water and sweet. Various sandwich fillings are available on a choice of White, Brown or Gluten Free Bread. Other items may vary, for example – yoghurt / jelly / fruit.

£14 per Child

Option 2

Hot Buffet option, includes – Pizza, Chicken Nuggets, Chips, Mini Sausage Rolls, Ice Cream, Sweet and Fruit Shoot or Water.

£16 per Child

Parties are available for children aged 6 and under every day from 3–5 pm and can be booked for a min of 20 and a max of 35 children. Any siblings of children attending, age 7 – 10 will be chargeable at the package price. Exclusive use for ages 6 and under.

With a choice of 2 food packages for children, let us take care of everything!

Not forgetting the adults! The Soft Play Café will be open and serving all your favourites from their Menu.

Please note – The Soft Play will close at 2.30pm if we have a Birthday Party booking and the last entry for a 2-hour play will be 12.30pm*.

How many children can I invite?

The minimum number for our party packages, (including the birthday child), are 20 and a maximum of 35. This includes children attending up to and including age 10.

What do I need to do as the party organiser?

You should not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes prior to the party start time to meet with staff and set up anything required. It is your responsibility to inform party guests to arrive no more than a few minutes before the party start time. If you or anyone in the party arrives late, no additional time will be given as we are unable to restructure the party to accommodate this.

The organiser and adult guests are responsible for the party children at all times and should also ensure that all children wear socks or tights, as these must be worn while playing in or on the equipment.
Rules of play will be displayed in the area.

You are responsible for ensuring that all party children are collected by their parent or guardian at the end of the party time and to check that the area is vacated with all belongings at the end of the allocated time.

Soft Play Party Terms and Conditions

By booking a party at Valley View at Goulding’s Soft Play, you accept the following conditions. Please take the time to read the following carefully.

Parties must be paid in full at the time of booking via our website/online system.

Allocated party time is 3pm – 5pm. No additional time will be given for late arrivals and the access time to set up is 15 minutes before your party.

Children per party is a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 35. This includes children up to 10 years old.

No children over the Age of 10 are permitted to play on the equipment.

Children must be supervised at all times by the organiser and adults attending and ensure all party children are collected by their parent or guardian at the end of the party time. Soft Play staff are not responsible for this. The organiser is also responsible to check that the area is vacated with all belongings at the end of the allocated time.

All guests including children must wear socks while on or playing within the Soft Play equipment.

No outside catering or drinks can be brought to the Soft Play with the exception of a Birthday Cake or any food for specific dietary requirements which should be discussed beforehand. Only standard candles are permitted, which should be supplied by the organiser. A cake slice, plates and safety lighter/matches will be provided.

Only table decorations are permitted. This excludes table confetti, wall banners, spray foam, poppers and streamers.

In the event of you wishing to cancel the party we require 7 days’ notice and you will be given the option to reschedule. If this is not possible, you can cancel the party and request a refund. Please note that 25% of your full payment is non-refundable.

If the birthday guest or anyone from their immediate family test positive for Covid we would still hope to host your party at a later date subject to availability however if this is not possible, we will require proof of the Covid result via NHS before a full refund is issued.

Party packages do no include entry to the Adventure Park.

Occasionally events are cancelled for a variety of reasons. Valley View at Goulding’s reserves the right to cancel without notice with a full refund given.
